This policy explains what personal data Studio 22.12 ("we", "the studio") collects through the website 2212.studio, why, and what you can do about it.

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Studio 22.12 LTD. You can reach us at mapping@studio2212.ru for any question about your personal data.

What we collect

• Enquiry forms. When you send a form we receive your name, your phone number or WhatsApp, the message you write (if any) and the type of request you chose, for example "Concept development".
• Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider records technical data of each request, such as the IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in server logs.
• Videos. Videos on the site are embedded from YouTube using its privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube may receive data from your browser only when you press play.

We do not use advertising cookies and we do not run analytics tools on this website at the moment. If that changes, we will update this page first.

Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal. The basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box next to the form, and steps taken at your request before a contract.
• To keep the website secure and working. The basis is our legitimate interest.

Who receives it

• The form service formsubmit.co, which passes your message to us by email.
• Our project-management system Planfix, where we keep enquiries and correspondence.
• Our hosting and content-delivery provider bunny.net.
• YouTube (Google), only if you play an embedded video.

Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the European Union, the United States and Russia. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for 5 years from the date you send it, to respond to you and to follow up on any work that results from it. After that we delete the data or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete it earlier at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict its use or send it to you in a common format. You can withdraw your consent at any time and object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to mapping@studio2212.ru and we will reply within one month. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Children

The website is meant for business clients and is not directed at children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
